This opportunity provides financial support to projects that aim to enhance innovation and sustainability.

• Modernization and digital transformation of public libraries and archives.

• Promotion of access, inclusion, and cultural participation, especially for vulnerable groups.

• Activities must align with the national public network plans (RNBP for libraries, RAPA for archives).

Examples of admissible projects:

• A startup developing a new eco-friendly packaging solution.
• An established company implementing a recycling program.
• A research group working on renewable energy technology.

• Personnel costs directly linked to the project

• Equipment and digital infrastructure

• Software and IT systems

• Building renovation and accessibility improvements

• Communication and promotional materials

• Technical support and consulting services

• Indirect costs (7% fixed rate on eligible direct costs)

Total budget of the grant: €12,000,000

Co-financing rate: 85% (FEDER)

Maximum value per operation: €1,000,000

Minimum value per operation: €250,000

• Municipalities and intermunicipal entities (CIMs) in the Norte region.

• Public bodies responsible for libraries and archives.

• Central public administration bodies (if legally assigned competencies)

• Only one application per beneficiary per typology (library or archive).

• Must align with digital, accessibility, and energy-efficiency standards.

• Compliance with DNSH principle and integration with the Public Administration Interoperability Platform.
