Construction and testing of pilot plants

Technical design and engineering studies

Operational and labor costs associated with running the pilot

Maximum funding per company: Up to $100 million

Projects must capture at least 75,000 metric tons of CO2 per year

Technology should have completed a small pilot prototype

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to finance and manage the project at large scale
