Contratação de Recursos Humanos Altamente Qualificados - Lisboa 2030

This grant is aimed at the hiring of highly qualified human resources (RHAQ) to promote employment, increase the proportion of highly qualified personnel, and enhance the interactions, collaboration, and diffusion of knowledge. This initiative is also intended to accelerate the digital and energy transition within companies, thus contributing to the creation of sustainable and high-quality jobs.

Type of Project

• Engagements of highly qualified personnel in SMEs.

Eligibility Criteria

• SMEs of any nature and legal form with organized accounting.
• Beneficiaries eligible for the actions are individuals with a degree level of qualification of 6 or higher (graduates, masters, PhDs, or post-docs).

Eligible Expenses

• Salary costs for hiring highly qualified human resources, including minimum and maximum eligibility thresholds specified in the call for applications.
• Mandatory social security contributions and workplace accident insurance.
• Costs related to representation, work outside the normal place of work, hazardous, arduous or unhealthy work, shift work, work in outlying areas, and flexible working hours allowances.
