Programa Avançar (IEFP)

The AVANÇAR program consists of financial support for the full-time hiring of unemployed young people, registered with the IEFP, with higher education qualifications, and whose remuneration established in the employment contract is equal to or greater than 1.330 euros, combined with financial support for the payment of social security contributions in the first year of the supported employment contracts.

Objectives:

• Attract and retain the talent of qualified young people and support their autonomy 
• Promote the improvement and quality of employment, encouraging more stable employment relationships and the setting of wages appropriate to young people's qualifications 
• Preventing and combating youth unemployment and stimulating the hiring of qualified young people, encouraging and supporting the creation of new jobs.
