Innovative Advanced Materials (IAMs) for robust, fast curing sealants and coatings for manufacturing and final assembly (IA) (Innovative Advanced Materials for Europe partnership)
Up to 6.000.000€
Description
The main goal of this opportunity is to support the development of innovative advanced materials for robust, fast-curing sealants and coatings that enhance manufacturing and assembly processes. It aims to prolong the lifespan and performance of products, reduce maintenance and ownership costs, and minimize environmental impact through better resource and energy efficiency, improved recyclability, and safer material choices. The focus is on creating coatings, functionalized surfaces, and sealants with multiple benefits, such as safety, sustainability, and circularity. Projects should also promote industrial use by enabling scalability and integration into streamlined production processes. This opportunity is open primarily to organizations in EU Member States and Associated Countries, with international collaboration—especially with Japan—encouraged.
Admissible Projects
- Projects must be led by participants from eligible countries (EU Member States or Associated Countries).
- Proposals must follow specific formatting and anonymity guidelines, especially for the first-stage application.
