The main goal of this opportunity is to support cities in their journey toward sustainability and climate neutrality. Admissible Projects

  • The project must be submitted by the coordinator of the consortium funded under the specific DUT topic.
  • It must follow the required page limits and layout as described in the application guidelines.
  • Applicants must be from eligible countries, with possible special conditions for non-EU or non-Associated Countries.
  • The action should be implemented as an amendment to an existing grant agreement under the relevant DUT topics.
  • Additional partners and activities can be included if they fit the partnership's objectives and are well-justified.

  • Communication, dissemination, and outreach activities
  • Training and capacity-building expenses
  • Financial support to third parties (up to EUR 5,000,000 per third party)

Restrictions: Only costs incurred from the project start date and justified in the application are eligible. Funding covers up to 30% of eligible costs.
