Impacts of culture and the arts on health and well-being
2.000.000€
Description
The main goal of this opportunity is to explore and strengthen how arts and culture can positively impact health, well-being, and social cohesion. The initiative supports policymakers and stakeholders in health, culture, social care, humanitarian relief, youth, and education by providing practical policy recommendations, guides, and tools for cross-sector projects. Focus areas include health promotion, mental health (especially for children, youth, and those experiencing burnout), ageing populations, and the well-being of forcibly displaced people. It also addresses the connection between ill-health and inequality, aims to identify research gaps, and seeks to develop best practices that can be scaled up. International cooperation to promote EU values through culture, health, and well-being is also a priority.
