Admissible Projects

  • Proposals should follow specified formatting and include Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) contributions.
  • Project duration is typically 36 months.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be legal entities established in EU Member States, Iceland, Norway, Canada, Israel, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom.
  • Entities controlled by non-eligible countries may only participate if they provide guarantees, assessed positively by their host country, that their involvement does not harm EU interests or security.
  • Entities related to high-risk suppliers of mobile network equipment are not eligible to participate or to submit guarantees.
