The programme addresses key areas such as supporting public administrations in decision-making, ensuring environmental compliance, improving access to justice, and fostering behavioral change and awareness. Initiatives should align with the European Green Deal and recent environmental policies. The opportunity is open to eligible countries as defined in the call document.
Admissible Projects
- Projects must address the objectives of the Circular Economy and Quality of Life sub-programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply: Legal entities (public or private bodies, including NGOs, research institutes, SMEs, public authorities) established in one of the eligible countries—EU Member States, overseas territories, EEA or other LIFE‑associated countries. The coordinator must be based in an eligible country.

Consortium: Projects may be submitted by a single beneficiary or a consortium; a mandatory partnership is not required.
