Admissible Projects
- Projects must address the green transition in urban areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants: Legal entities (public or private bodies), including local authorities or consortiums led by local authorities, established in EU Member States (including Overseas Territories), EEA countries, or other states associated with the LIFE programme.

Consortium requirement: Must include at least three independent beneficiaries from three different eligible countries. The coordinator beneficiary must be a local authority or a grouping of local authorities.
