This grant is designed to support collaborative operations between business entities and non-business entities of the National Scientific and Technological System (SCTN). The primary objective of these operations is to foster the creation, transfer, and valorization of knowledge and technology within companies, with business entities taking the lead role. The projects will focus on industrial research and experimental development.

Eligibility Criteria

• Collaboration between entities from the business sector and the SCTN
• Majority of the project team must be personnel from the beneficiary entity
• Personnel must be technically allocated to R&D activities and on the company's payroll
• Eligible human resources include workers loaned through a prior agreement, provided they participate in R&D activities developed by the beneficiary and are used at the discretion of its management

Eligible Expenses

• Personnel costs for R&D activities and recruitment, including remote work
• Raw materials and consumables
• Third-party services, including technical, scientific assistance, and consultancy
• Acquisition of scientific and technical instruments and equipment
• Purchase of specific software for the project
• Promotion and dissemination expenses related to the project results
• Travel and accommodation abroad directly attributable to the project
• Expenses for the certification of the research, development, and innovation management system
• Intervention of a technical-scientific auditor
• Patent acquisitions
• ROC/TOC expenses (statutory audit or chartered accountant)
• Indirect costs
