• Costs for obtaining and validating industrial property rights
• Official fees
• Consultancy fees and other related expenditures

Examples of Eligible Projects to be developed

• Applying for a national patent for a new industrial design
• Registering a utility model or design at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
• Filing an international patent via the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), claiming priority from a Portuguese application
