EOSC Nodes with federating capabilities for the EOSC Federation
Between 6.000.000€ - 8.000.000€
Description
The main goal of this grant is to further develop the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) as a robust, interconnected system by establishing a network of independently managed EOSC nodes. These nodes will work together to support researchers, enhance technical interoperability, and strengthen the resilience of the overall system. The opportunity focuses on improving governance, sustainability, and federating capabilities such as authentication, research catalogues, and monitoring. Training and collaboration among node operators are also key priorities. The grant is open to projects based in Horizon Europe participating and associated countries, with nodes representing specific thematic or geographic areas within these regions.
