The main goal of this opportunity is to strengthen and coordinate non-profit open access publishing at the European level. It aims to improve the quality of services provided by institutional non-profit publishers, align them with shared publishing and technical standards, and enhance staff skills. The opportunity also focuses on building networks among publishers, providing access to tools and resources, and ensuring fair distribution of resources across Europe. It supports open science and seeks to integrate these publishing services into national research assessment systems, covering EU Member States and Associated Countries.
Admissible Projects
- Must be submitted by a consortium with at least three independent legal entities.
- Each entity must be from a different EU Member State or Associated Country.
- At least two entities must be from EU Member States.
- Proposals must follow page limits and layout rules in the application form.
- Applicants must show both financial and operational capacity.
- Consortia can provide grants to third parties, up to EUR 60,000 each.

Eligibility Criteria
