The grant aims to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises throughout Portugal by fostering international research and development (R&D) initiatives. This initiative focuses on developing and enhancing research and innovation capacities and adopting advanced technologies
Type of Project
- Preparation and submission of applications to European R&D programs
- Projects that support internationalization efforts through applied research and development
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be micro, small and medium-sized enterprises
- Projects must align with the strategic research and innovation domains
- Having a plan of participation in European Programs for a maximum period of 3 years
Eligible Expenses
- Costs associated with the preparation and submission of proposals
- Personnel expenses related to the project
- Travel and subsistence costs for activities related to European program participation
Examples of Eligible Projects to be developed
- Preparation of application to the EIC Accelerator
- Participating in the application of a consortium to the HORIZON Program
