The main goal of this opportunity is to support energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in buildings managed by the Local Public Administration. It focuses on improving energy efficiency in public infrastructure through actions such as energy audits, the development of rationalization plans, and investments in rehabilitating public buildings. Special attention is given to reducing energy intensity, increasing efficiency, and using green solutions like green roofs, walls, and circular material reuse. The geographic scope covers the NUTS II Lisboa region in Portugal, targeting public sector buildings and services.
