Governação, coordenação e dinamização do consórcio - ITI Água e Ecossistemas de Paisagem – Algarve e Alentejo

The main goal of this opportunity is to establish strong governance and coordination that will enable the implementation of the ITI Água e Ecossistemas de Paisagem's Action Plan. It focuses on building integrated approaches to local projects, involving key territorial agents, and ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation of project activities. The initiative supports inclusive and sustainable social, economic, and environmental development, with an emphasis on culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism, and safety in non-urban areas. This grant targets the Algarve and Alentejo regions of Portugal, specifically covering several municipalities and local administrative units within the Algarve.

• Projects must align with the strategies and action plans of the territorial instrument.
• A detailed technical description and justification of investment costs is required, along with a schedule for physical and financial execution.
• Projects must include clear indicators to measure progress and results.
• A communication plan for both implementation and conclusion is necessary to ensure public and beneficiary awareness.
• Projects must achieve a minimum merit score of 3.00 in the evaluation grid.
• Only entities such as CCDR Algarve IP, Associação IN LOCO, Associação Terras do Baixo Guadiana, and Vicentina – Associação para o Desenvolvimento do Sudoeste are eligible to submit projects.

• Base salaries for direct personnel (including holiday and Christmas allowances)
• Mandatory social charges (such as social security contributions and work insurance)
• Meal allowances (up to the maximum allowed for public employees)
• Costs related to external personnel services directly tied to the operation
• A fixed rate of 40% of eligible direct personnel costs to cover other operation costs

Restrictions: Variable bonuses, housing allowances, night shift premiums, training costs, and severance payments are not eligible for funding.

• Co-financing rate: up to 60%
• Maximum value per project: €150,000
