Admissible Projects
- Projects must align with the strategies and action plans of the territorial instrument.

- Projects must achieve a minimum merit score of 3.00 in the evaluation grid.
- Only entities such as CCDR Algarve IP, Associação IN LOCO, Associação Terras do Baixo Guadiana, and Vicentina – Associação para o Desenvolvimento do Sudoeste are eligible to submit projects.

Eligible Expenses
- Base salaries for direct personnel (including holiday and Christmas allowances)
- Mandatory social charges (such as social security contributions and work insurance)
- Meal allowances (up to the maximum allowed for public employees)
- Costs related to external personnel services directly tied to the operation
- A fixed rate of 40% of eligible direct personnel costs to cover other operation costs
Restrictions: Variable bonuses, housing allowances, night shift premiums, training costs, and severance payments are not eligible for funding.

- Co-financing rate: up to 60%
- Maximum value per project: €150,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be one of the following entities: CCDR Algarve IP, Associação IN LOCO, Associação Terras do Baixo Guadiana, or Vicentina – Associação para o Desenvolvimento do Sudoeste.
- Applicants must align with the territorial strategies and action plans relevant to the opportunity.
- Each application must include a detailed memorandum describing objectives, activities, indicators, and a communication plan.
