Code for All - Cheque Formação + Digital

The "Cheque Formação + Digital" program, backed by IEFP, is designed to enhance digital skills and qualifications among workers. It offers a grant of €750 per person to attend specialized training in the digital field.

Code for All, certified by DGERT, has several courses that can be used and fully or mostly* covered within the scope of this support.

• Web Development Course for Beginners (*partial cover: 750€ grant + 50€)
• Cybersecurity Fundamentals Course
• Introduction to DevOps Course
• Introduction to Programming with JavaScript Course
• Practical Course in Artificial Intelligence
• Introduction to Game Development
• Introduction to Data Analysis with SQL
• Introduction to Digital Product Management

All these courses are free with this grant.

Language: All courses are taught in Portuguese.
Format: Hybrid.
Schedule: Part-time and post-work hours.
Dates and durations: The courses have different starting dates, with durations ranging from 15 to 30 hours. Check their links for details.

Program recipients:

• Employment under a contract, self-employed with business/professional income, an individual entrepreneur, or a sole shareholder of a single-member company
• Legal residence in Portugal
• No default on financial aid previously granted by IEFP I.P.
• Ability to undertake courses in Portuguese

Granter.ai's Streamlined Process
Granter.ai is trying to improve the application process to make it more scalable and employee-friendly. The grant is aimed directly at individuals who, typically, have to address the paperwork with both employer and school.

In our process, we enable companies to kickstart the grant for all their employees all at once. Then, employees can easily continue their applications with IEFP. Opting for Granter.ai's "expert review" makes the process smoother, as it handles most steps, requiring employees just to sign off on documents sent by email.
