The main goal of this opportunity is to support the creation of Municipal Waste Management Plans by local waste management entities in Madeira. The initiative aims to advance the transition to a circular economy and promote efficient resource use. It focuses on climate action, energy transition, and urban waste management. The scope is limited to the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Actions supported are primarily the development of studies and strategic plans.

- Payments made between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2029.
