The Startup Voucher – New Digital/Technological Products is a financial support for startup projects with a strong digital and technological component, scalable potential, that contribute to the climate transition and promote innovative solutions.

Main interest in projects that focus on:

• Development of digital/technological business models, products, or services
• Positive contribution to the climate transition
• Innovation applied to the Agrotech sector, among other digital solutions

Eligibility criteria:

• Companies established in Portugal for less than 10 years
• Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Activity carried out with a registered CAE in the technology and knowledge sectors, in accordance with the “Empresas 4.0” Incentive System Regulation
• Updated SME Electronic Certification

Eligible expenses:

• Costs related to technical staff (including base salaries, social charges, and expenses for technological accreditation or certification)
• Specialized external services (process digitization, product development, consultancy, and marketing)
• Acquisition of equipment, licensing, or software subscriptions
• Protection and enhancement of intellectual property
• Indirect costs (calculated based on 15% of the human resources costs)
