Descarbonização e eficiência energética

The grant aims to support companies in the regions of Alentejo, Centro, and Norte by promoting the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. This initiative focuses on encouraging the use of renewable energy sources and the adoption of energy-efficient technologies.

Type of Project to Develop

• Efficiency and Decarbonization Projects: Projects aimed at reducing energy consumption in companies and introducing low-carbon solutions.
• Green Productive Investment: Projects that develop low-carbon products, processes, and services by incorporating new materials and sustainable technologies.
• Green Qualification for SMEs: Projects supporting competitiveness through sustainable management, digital transformation, and eco-innovation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Companies of any size can apply for efficiency and decarbonization or green productive investment projects.
• SMEs are especially targeted for green qualification projects.
• Both public and private entities can be beneficiaries under certain project types.

Eligible Expenses

• Costs associated with replacing or upgrading equipment to more energy-efficient options.
• Expenses related to the integration of renewable energy sources.
• Costs for organizational innovations and training related to sustainable practices.

• Installing solar panels to power an industrial facility, reducing reliance on non-renewable energy.
