The ERA Talents opportunity aims to enhance the exchange of skills and knowledge among researchers, innovators, and other talents in the research and innovation (R&I) field across different sectors and countries, with a focus on promoting collaboration in Widening countries.

Type of Project:

• Cross-sectoral mobility and collaboration initiatives that facilitate the transfer of expertise and skills between academia and industry or other non-academic sectors.

Who Can Apply:

• Academic Institutions
• Private Entities

Eligibility Requirements:

• Academic and non-academic organizations
• Participating organizations must directly contribute to the implementation of joint training and mobility activities
• Emphasis on engaging partners from Widening countries
• Clear demonstration of the benefits of the proposed activities for Widening countries
• Proposals must allocate at least 70% of the budget to participants from Widening countries

• Subsistence expenses
• Mentoring and career development activities
• Support for return and reintegration phases for staff seconded from Widening countries
